Rooms were good ! Service was so unprofessional that it was borderline laughable. Henry, in specific made our nights there a living hell. If you need somewhere that looks a lot better in pictures than real life, this is the spot.. Just make sure you’re on Henry’s good side or he will cut your visit short at any notice or regard for our agreement.. Hopefully this saved you a couple bad memories. Thank you for reading:D!

Room did not appear clean or sanitary. When we arrived, the toilet in our room had been used(evidence still there) and not flushed. Holes in bed linens. Bug in bathroom. No clean available towels when needed. No key card entry to the pool. Pool not cleaned of debris. General poor upkeep.

Regarding service I wanted to leave no stars but that is not an option. I had reserved my rooms for $114 through 1-800 for Comfort Inn during Hall of Fame festivities. To my surprise, when I checked in the rate had been increased to $299 because they claimed they did not have my reservation. I however had the paperwork to reflect the room and rates. They did nothing to rectify the situation and continue to refuse to work with me. I would never recommend this place to anyone because they do not stand behind their quoted rates.
